Experience village life first hand...... Flat 2, Brockenhurst apartments is a self contained apartment on the second floor of the building. It has 4 rooms: double bedroom, sitting room, bathroom with separate walk in shower, and kitchen/diner. Everything was brand new in 2016. We are within a 10 minute walk of the railway station, and on the doorstep of shops, pubs and restaurants. You can easily walk to the Forest. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.
The space
Flat 2, Brockenhurst Apartments is a lovely and bright self-contained 375 sq ft space on the second floor of a period building. It has recently been renovated and refurbished (completed August 2016) to a high standard. There is a shared access and stairwell which leads to Flat 1 on the first floor but both apartments have their own front door and are completely separate and quiet (although if rented together provide a nice space for friends or families to share). There is a large walk in shower, bath, and brilliant motion activated bathroom mirror with demister!
Guest access
The is a small courtyard at the rear of the property, which is still "work in progress". You are welcome to use the lockable garage to store bikes.
Interaction with guests
We are not always at the property but are easily contactable in case of queries.
Other things to note
There is a bluetooth speaker system so you can play music from your phone etc, plus a Now TV player to access iPlayer (not Netflix, but we are working on this) For the winter there is a woodburner, though the flat is very well insulated and double glazed.
